Kicking Things Off July 20, 2006

I started back on phase 1 of South Beach today. That means lots of veggies, 3 snacks a day and nasty V-8 to kick off each day.

My starting weight is 212

My goal is 175

My all-time high weight was 252

My low was 180

No problems so far. I’m hoping I can get 3 miles running in tomorrow.
