			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I started back on phase 1 of South Beach today.  That means lots of veggies, 3 snacks a day and nasty V-8 to kick off each day.</p>

<p>My low was 180</p>
<p>No problems so far.  I&#8217;m hoping I can get 3 miles running in tomorrow.</p>
